Active requests refer to the number of videos we work on at a time. For example, if you’re on the Enterprise Plan (3 active requests), we’ll work on 3 videos in a 24-hour window. Once one video is approved, the next in the queue will be added to the active requests.
You get unlimited revisions! Once a video is approved, we keep the source file for 2 weeks. Let us know during that period if you need changes or require additional time for final approvals.
